1. What is the Global Growth Excellence Assessment? The Global Growth Excellence Assessment is an annual benchmarking event for all companies worldwide. It was initiated in 2006 by A.T. Kearney 2. Why should I participate? The participants will receive an exclusive documentation of the most effective growth drivers, processes and structures. They will receive an individual benchmarking against those drivers and a confidential information about their scoring against those best practices and accordingly the improvement potentials with their highest lever. 3. How much will it cost to participate? Participation is free of charge. 4. How can I receive an electronic version of the questionnaire? You can download an electronic version of the questionnaire here. We strongly recommend to fill out the contact form and use the web-based version of the questionnaire. 5. Will my data be treated confidentially? All data in the questionnaire will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be accessible by the members of the Growth Excellence Assessment Team. Results will only be published in form of sanitized statistical averages and/or trend curves. 6. Will my participation in the competition be announced publicly? Participants’ names will only be published in the event that they receive an award. 7. How much time does it take to fill out the questionnaire? It takes 1 to 2 days of an expert according to participants. 8. On which level should the filling out of the questionnaire be coordinated? As generally several persons fill out the questionnaire, a mentor should be appointed in top management who supports the overall process and coordinates within the designated strategic business unit. 9. Do all questions always have to be answered? The questionnaire should be applicable for very different industries. However, the case may be that certain questions cannot be answered meaningfully for your business unit. In such case, please enter “n/a”, “not applicable” and briefly state why the question cannot be answered. If there is relevant information that you would additionally like to provide us with, please do so in an enclosure. 10. How can I receive support when filling in the questionnaire? When filling in the questionnaire, you are of course supported. A.T.
